Noam was born and raised in Israel. Noam’s mom made Aliyah from Toronto, Canada in her 20’s. Noam has 5 siblings whom all live in Israel. Noam was raised in a Yishuv Called Chashmonaim (in between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, next to Modiin). During high school Noam learned in Yeshivat Or Etzion and then in Yeshivat Ner Tamid. He then went to a “Mechina” in Jerusalem before his army service called “Torah Bezion”. He served a full three years as a medic and combat soldier in a unit named “Givati”. After his army service he married Elisheva and began his B.A at Hadassah College in Political Science and Diplomacy. He then worked for several Knesset members and a private company as a media consultant for politicians and several government companies. 9 months after daughter Naveh was born, Noam and Elisheva decided to go to Shlichut and were sent to Auckland.
